INTER is the champion of champions!
The group stage was a group of champions:
-Rubin Kazan (Russian Champions),
-Barcelona (Spanish Champions),
-Dynamo Kiev (Ukraine Champions) and INTER QUALIFIED.
In the round of sixteen:
INTER knocked out the English Champion, Chelsea.
In the quarter-finals:
INTER had to deal with another eastern european champion CSKA Moscow and INTER well indeed advanced.
In the semi-finals:
INTER knocked out what used to be the best team in the world in their home turf – Barcelona. The magician “Jose Mourinho” stopped the World Player of The Year Lionel Messi. INTER defended our hearts out for 60 minutes with 10 men.
